Refund Policy

We have a no return policy, however we provide a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, within the first 30 days, send us an email at hello@mail-ritualist.com and we will provide a one time refund for up to 1 unit per SKU of your order.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Buyer's Remorse

We provide a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send us an email within 15 days at hello@mail-ritualist.com and we will provide a refund.

No Physical Returns

As a food/beverage product, Evening Ritual Cocoa cannot be physically returned for safety and regulatory reasons. However, our satisfaction guarantee means we'll refund your purchase if you're not completely satisfied - no need to send the product back.

 

Exchanges 

Since we cannot accept physical returns, exchanges are not available. If you'd like to try a different product in the future, we recommend placing a new order.

 

Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@mail-ritualist.com.
